Manoj is a Civil Engineer by profession. He graduated from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) in 1983 and worked with one of India’s best Engineering Company, Engineer’s India Ltd. for 5 years.

Manoj formed AGRIM, a construction company in 1988 to undertake Civil and Interior works and now has one of the leading Interior and Civil construction companies in Delhi.

In 2006, Manoj started ATELIER, a company primarily poised to include custom made furniture from China in its ambit of work with a focus on hotel projects. Manoj has delivered more than 1,200 guest rooms and is currently in the process of negotiating for Hotel projects coming up at Jewar International Airport in UP.

In 2016 Manoj along with a friend started DAWN to start developing real estate projects in South Delhi. The idea behind this was to cater to the diverse needs of homebuyers by offering them affordable luxury apartments, equipped with all modern amenities and facilities.
