Café is a Hong Kong based designer’s (Bilkey, Llinas Design) masterpiece, with high ceilings inlaid with large, frameless tinted windows that brighten the area with natural light. Colossal pillars, covered in travertine, stand tall in a massive open hall set against a dark ebony-paneled background.
Our team helped the Chinese workers execute the renovation of the Café by coordinating with the Designers and doing the ground work. We also provided back end support to execute the work in a record time of 100 days.
Va Bene is a restaurant in Qutab Hotel which is located in the vicinity of Qutab Minar a 13th century monument in South Delhi. The restaurant has a classy décor, soothing blend of ancient & modern culture and has a mix of all the ingredients of courtesy and warmth.
Our team executed all the interior works for the restaurant, from coordinating with the Designers based in Singapore to sourcing the fit-outs from Main-land China.
Le Bar is a Bar cum Restaurant at the Qutab Hotel in South Delhi. Le Bar is a European style bar with black marquina stone flooring and old classic British pub style table made in Burma Teak wood.

A holistic wellness Club known as Club Olympus at Hyatt was renovated from scratch into an ultimate in luxury health club & spa in a record time of 30 days.
The Club has all the modern finishes with state-of-the-art Fitness Centre. A Spa with steam and sauna rooms, Jacuzzi & a chill pool and rooms specially designed for therapeutic treatments, including massages, facials, and deep-tissue therapy. The Club also has a Salon that caters to all the wellness needs.
The Roshanara Club was established in 1922 in the midst of Roshanara Bagh. The Garden is in Mughal-style built by Roshanara Begum, the second daughter of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. It also has one of the oldest cricket ground & pitch in Delhi.
The Club was renovated by our team in a typical British Style design, the Lobby, Bar, Lounge, Card Rooms, Spa, Swimming pool & Cafeteria all relive the glory of the British Raj. The Bar has solid wood ceiling with teak wood arches, the marble work in the lobby has inlays on the floor, marble claddings on wall with different styles of moldings which give the Club an old but very elegant look.
